 Proposal Submission Guidelines:

Proposals for oral presentations are over. 

It remains possible to propose poster presentation !

Submissions should be uploaded as either a .docx or .pdf file, following the formatting instructions provided in JA2025templateEN.docx.

The proposal must be limited to one page. Figures and tables are permitted within this page limit.

By clicking on "New Submission", you will be redirected to the SciencesConf platform, where you will be prompted to:

• Enter your login credentials (username and password), or, if this is your first visit,

• Provide your contact information in order to create an account.

Once logged into the SciencesConf platform, you will gain access to the submission form.
